DINING ROOM: Spend time sharing a meal or playing games with family and friends around the large dining table. Easily sits 8 and an extension is available.
THE KITCHEN: A chef's dream! The large kitchen can hold the entire family or guests. Use any of the wide range of spices and prepare dinner on the Bertazzoni 48" stainless steel gas range brass burner with griddle.
Enjoy eating or catching up on an email in the breakfast nook with table and seating for 6.

The perfect location in the heart of Dundee, a stone throw away from Pitch restaurant and eCreamery as well as the Le Quartier Bakery & Cafe. A few minutes drive to UNMC and Blackstone. Downtown Omaha, Airport and College World Series is a direct short 5-10 mins drive.
This is the perfect getaway for a long weekend or as a second home for a longer stay. Fantastic to enjoy events such as the College World Series, Berkshire Hathaway stockholder meeting or family gatherings.

Summary: This place was in a perfect location for the College World Series. We were far enough out of the chaos but within a 10 minute drive to the stadium and 10 minutes to other restaurants.The house is an older house with character. It was very suitable for our needs. Jason was fantastic and responded to every question very quickly.

Summary: We had a great and comfortable stay! The house is a work in progress as they uncover the beautiful woodwork! The property is well kept and the mums were beautiful outside. This home is well suited for family gatherings we had plenty of room to sit around the table and eat and play games in the evening and the outdoor patio area was well lit and comfortable. The home was well furnished with comfortable furniture and beds. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and the neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe with people out walking. There was a dedicated parking spot which was very helpful - the streets are narrow and you can only park on one side. Host was responsive to our needs - would recommend this property.

Summary: This is a beautiful older home that was very charming. The owners are the sweetest people and were extremely helpful with a few things we needed. The house is an ongoing project right now…and is going to be even better when all the little finishing touches are done. We’re hoping to stay there again next year when we go back! There were 9 of us all together and there was plenty of room! We all had super comfy beds.. and call the kids were in a loft room, which they loved! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Summary: We were in town for a few days for work and this spot was perfect for our group. What I'm looking for mostly in a vacation rental is a comfy bed and cleanliness. This checked both of those boxes. The house is definitely still a work in progress, but Jason and Rose were good hosts and I would stay here again.
